Content Management Systems or CMS are stand alone applications that usually are provided for a client's control over HTML content. Whilst generally being used for Blogs or forums, a CMS will catalog and index the content for you and a user with little knowledge can provide themselves with a relatively easy to edit website using platforms such as WordPress or Joomla. We have a lot of experience in these platforms and also as great as they are, we do advise pause for folks who try to do design, SEO and publish for themselves.
